About Dr. Brian Gennaro DeRubertis, FACS, MD
Dr. Brian G. Derubertis has 16 years of experience in the field of Vascular Surgery. He earned his BS in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his MD from Weill Medical College Cornell University. After completing his internship and residency in General Surgery at Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine, he went on to complete another residency in General Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine and a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Vascular Surgery by the American Board of Surgery. Formerly, this expert held roles as the Director of the Gonda Ambulatory Procedure Unit at UCLA Gonda Vascular Surgery and as a Clinical Professor of the Division of Vascular Surgery in the Department of Surgery at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Currently, he serves as the Chief of the Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and as an Assistant Professor of Surgery in the Division of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine.
