Dr. Bill G. McDonald has 26 years of experience in the field of Emergency Medical Services. He earned his certificate in Emergency Medical Technology from the Training Institute for Medical Emergencies and Rescue, his BPS in Fire and Emergency Management from SUNY Empire State College, his MPA from Columbia Southern University, and his Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. Today, he is a Certified Emergency Manager through the International Association of Emergency Managers, a Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional through the International Board for Certification Services and Management, and both a Chief EMS Officer and a Chief Training Officer through the Center for Public Safety Excellence. Moreover, he is a National Registered Paramedic through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and a New Jersey Certified Emergency Manager through the New Jersey Emergency Management Association.
