Dr. Benjamin Frishberg, MD

Dr Benjamin M. Frishberg has specialized experience in the fields of Neurology, Neuro-Ophthalmology, and Headache Medicine. He earned his BA in Physiological Psychology from the University of Minnesota and his MD from the University of Minnesota Medical School. After completing his residency in Neurology and Internal Medicine at UC San Diego School of Medicine, he went on to complete a fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology at Emory University School of Medicine. Today, the expert is board-certified in Neurology. Formerly, he held roles as a Clinical Assistant Professor at George Washington University School of Medicine, as the Director of Neuro-Ophthalmology at Howard University School of Medicine, and as Chief of Neurology at Scripps Memorial Hospitals in La Jolla and Encinitas. Currently, he works as a Director at the Multiple Sclerosis Center of Southern California, as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Touro University School of Osteopathic Medicine, and as a Clinical Professor at UC San Diego School of Medicine.
