Dr. Anthony T. Carter has over 30 years of experience in the field of Orthopaedic Surgery. He earned his BA from Boston University and his MD from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed his internship in General Surgery and his residency in Orthopaedics at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue. Today, this expert is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.
