About Dr. Andrew Joseph Collier Jr, MD

Dr. Andrew J. Collier has 37 years of experience in the fields of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. He earned his BA in Developmental Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and his MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. After completing an internship in General Surgery, he went on to complete his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at Temple University Hospital. Today, this expert is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Formerly, he held roles as the Director of the Orthopaedic Surgery Division at Saint Agnes Medical Center and as a Clinical Instructor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Currently, he serves as a Clinical Instructor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University and as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Philadelphia Orthopaedic Associates, a private practice, where he specializes in Knee and Hip Procedures, Arthroscopic Surgery, and Joint Replacements.
