About Dr. Addisu N Mesfin, MD

Dr. Addisu Mesfin has 10 years of experience in the field of Orthopedic Surgery. He earned his BS in Biology from the University of Maryland College Park and his MD from Drexel University College of Medicine. After completing his internship and residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, he went on to complete a fellowship in Spine Surgery at Barnes Jewish Hospital. Today, this expert is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. Formerly, this expert served as an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Public Health Sciences, and Orthopedic Surgery at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Currently, he serves as a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Public Health Sciences, and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He also works as the Division Chief of Spine Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center
