He holds a M.D. from the University College of Medical Sciences and has finished a fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Albert Einstein Medical Center as well as an additional year fellowship in Interventional Endoscopy at the St Luke's Pancreaticobiliary Center in Milwaukee.
