Expert Qualifications
This expert is a qualified Forensic Examiner by the FBI Laboratory Training, and has been working in the field for more than 10 years. He is the first vice president of the Association of Firearm and Tool Mark Examiners and the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, and has authored several publications focusing on forensic firearm/toolmark identification and gunshot residue testing. He is a former Forensic Firearm and Tool Mark Examiner for the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Laboratory Manager for the Michigan State Police Northville Laboratory, and is currently the president and owner of a private forensic consulting group.
