After graduating from Harvard University and the Yale University School of Medicine, he completed his residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. Following this, he completed a fellowship at the Stanford University Medical School Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. Subsequently, he moved to Florida, taking an appointment at The Cleveland Clinic, Florida, in which he ultimately went on to serve as Chairman of Otolaryngology & Head and Neck Surgery. The expert continued on as Head of Otolaryngology for the successor organization, Physicians Regional Medical Center, until he went into private practice. He currently maintains privileges at a FL health system, Naples Community Health System, with full admitting and surgical privileges at two FL hospitals and a surgery center.
