She stays active in her field as a member of the American College of Radiology, the Society for Pediatric Radiology, and the American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology and has authored over 80 peer-reviewed articles and 11 book chapters on topics relating to pediatric radiology, Formerly, she held a number of positions as a pediatric radiologist at the Children's Medical Center of Dallas, Vanderbilt University Medical Center & Children’s Hospital, Children’s Mercy Hospital, and Overland Park Regional Medical Center. She has also served as an assistant professor of radiology and pediatrics at Vanderbilt University, a clinical associate professor of radiology at the University of Missouri, and as a professor and the academic chair of radiology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is currently a clinical associate professor of radiology at a medical school in Kansas as well as a pediatric radiologist with a radiology group practice in Kansas.
