SCOV Law (pronounced “scoff-law”) is intended to be a virtual meeting place to discuss legal developments in Vermont, with a focus on the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence. The people behind this blog are a group of young Vermont lawyers from all over the state. “SCOV” stands for Supreme Court of Vermont. The Court has never actually called itself that; we just thought it sounded catchy.
