Dr. Richard J. Kelly has 17 years of experience in the field of Anesthesiology and 30 years of experience in the field of Law. He earned his BA in Biochemistry and Theology from Harvard University, his MPH from the University of California Berkeley School of Public Health, his MD from the Stanford University School of Medicine, and his JD from Stanford Law School. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine, a residency in Anesthesiology, and a fellowship in Cardiovascular Anesthesiology at UCSF Medical Center. Today, this expert is board certified in Anesthesiology. Additionally, he has been admitted to the California State Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California Bar.
