About Dr. Jason Clifford Brookman, MD

Dr. Jason C. Brookman has 11 years of experience in the field of Anesthesiology. He earned his BS in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Concordia University, his MS in Biological and Physical Sciences from Touro College, and his MD from Israel Institute of Technology. After completing an internship in Surgery at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital, he went on to complete a research fellowship in Neuro-Ophthalmology at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. He also completed a residency in Anesthesiology at the Massachusetts General Hospital and a fellowship in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Today, this expert is board-certified in Anesthesiology. Formerly, he served as an Attending Physician in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and as an Attending Physician in the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He was also the Director of the Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine Fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the Director of Acute Pain Management at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. He currently serves as a Physician in the Division of Trauma Anesthesiology at the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center and as an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
