About Dr. Gary Merlin Nesbit, MD

Dr. Gary M. Nesbit has 26 years of experience in the field of Radiology. He earned his BA from St. Olaf College and his MD from the University of Minnesota Medical School. After completing his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, he went on to complete his fellowships in Diagnostic Neuroradiology and Interventional Neuroradiology at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science and Oregon Health and Science University respectively. Today, this expert is board certified in Neuroradiology and Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. Formerly, he held roles such as an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Utah School of Medicine and as Chief of the Division of Neuroradiology in the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at the Oregon Health and Science University. Currently, he serves as a Professor of Interventional Radiology in the Charles T. Dotter Department of Interventional Radiology at the Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine and a Diagnostic and Interventional Neuroradiologist at its affiliated Health System.
