Dr. David Rappaport has over 20 years of experience in the field of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. He earned his BA in Ancient Studies from Brown University and his MD from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. After completing his residency in Pediatrics at Inova Children’s Hospital, he went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Today, Dr. Rappaport is board certified in Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Formerly, he held roles as Associate Pediatric Residency Program Director at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Jefferson-Nemours Children’s Hospital of Delaware and as Pediatrics Director at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. Currently, he serves as Division Chief of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and as a Professor of Pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine.
