About Dr. Bruce Michael Decter, FACC, FACP, FASNC, MD

Dr. Bruce M. Decter has 28 years of experience treating patients with Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology. He earned his BA from Brandeis University and his MD from Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University. After completing his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at North Shore University Hospital, he went on to complete a fellowship in Cardiology at North Shore University Hospital. Today, this expert is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Nuclear Cardiology. Formerly, this expert held roles as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Medicine at New York University, a Clinical Instructor and Associate in the Department of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College, and Medical Staff in the Department of Medicine at Flushing Hospital Medical Center. Currently, he serves as a Physician and the Director of the Non-Invasive Lab and RSO at Cardiovascular Consultants of Long Island P.C., and as an Attending Cardiologist at St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center. He also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Cardiology and Medicine at Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.
