This double board certified General/Vascular Surgeon earned his BS in Biological Sciences and his MS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California. He earned his MD at the University of California - Irvine, completed residency training in general surgery at UCLA Medical Center, and completed fellowship training in vascular surgery at Barnes-Jewish Hospital of Washington University in St. Louis. He also earned an MPHS degree at Washington University in St. Louis.
