This highly qualified Professor of Rehabilitation Medicine received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and went on to complete a Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the prestigious New York University Hospital. He is double board certified by both the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Pain Management. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as a member of the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. He has published several textbooks and is frequently invited to lecture as a guest speaker at engagements across the US. In addition to his academic role he also serves as Medical Director of a private Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine practice and Attending Physician at a major hospital.
