Expert Qualifications

This highly qualified and board certified expert earned his BA from University of Illinois and his MD and PhD degrees from University of Chicago. He completed his residency in orthopedics at the University of Iowa and went on to become board certified in orthopedic surgery. His clinical interests and expertise are in Pediatric Orthopedic surgery, which includes clubfoot, scoliosis, cerebral palsy, hip dysplasia and limb deformities. He is active in his field as a member of numerous medical societies including The Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America and The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. In addition, this expert has published over 70 journal articles and 3 book chapters. Currently, he is Professor of Orthopedics and Pediatrics at a major NC University, where he has been on faculty for >30 years.
