This expert is a highly-qualified Civil Engineer with 13+ years of experience doing both private and municipal work. He is currently licensed as both a Professional Engineer and Professional Planner, and is certified as a Municipal Engineer, Floodplan Manager, and Public Works Manager. He currently owns and operates his own consulting firm that focuses on civil engineering, planning and floodplan management. He also serves as a City Engineer for Ocean City, NJ and is responsible for designing almost all capital construction projects for the city during tenure, that includes shore projects and boardwalks. He is the city's premiere expert in designing bicycle facilities and as one of their primary Engineers, he is responsible for designing all of their bike and boardwalk facilities.
