This nationally recognized architect and planning consultant is licensed to practice in 34 states with expert specialties in building code, ADA - accessibility, life safety, risk avoidance and forensic evaluation and peer review of construction litigation matters, code violations and accidents in the built environment. He earned his B.Arch. from Cornell University and his Masters in Architecture and Urban Design from Columbia University. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He belongs to a number of prestigious societies in the field including the Construction Specification Institute and the American Institution of Architects. He has authored 6 articles in major architectural publications and is currently a practicing architect at a major private firm. His expert practice includes more than 190 successfully settled cases throughout the United States, including preparation of certificates of merit, forensic evaluations, expert opinions, consultation and testimony. His legal clients include lawyers working for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
